This is a truly therapeutic treatment which uses smooth, flat, heated basalt stones and cold marble stones to improve health and well-being. The heat from these basalt stones penetrates deeply to help loosen and sooth tightened congested muscles, increasing your sense of relaxation and calm, while the marble stones reduce inflammation creating a balanced and rejuvenating body treatment. The alternating use of the stones creates a dynamic movement of fluids in the body, due to the alternate dilation and construction of the blood vessels. This encourages the body to detox and heal by increasing lymph flow and flushing out waste. This massage is healing, nourishing, and strengthening to several body systems, but especially to the immune system. During the treatment, stones will be applied and left in place on the chakra points to align and balance the energy centres benefiting the whole body and mind.
